Day 1 & 2 Updates

Gahhhh! Work has been kicking my butt, so I need to take a quick minute to post where I am.

Monday 1/9:

Weighed in at 155.0 lbs post workout and shower.

6:00am woke up

6:30am did elliptical w/arms for 30 minutes and then 30 minutes of running

8:00am had protein shake w/water, vitamins, and drank black coffee with splenda on the way into work

10:00am got to work and had my weight loss control oatmeal

12:30pm had protein bar I made this weekend

1:15pm had 4 oz grilled chicken & 1 cup of broccoli and tomatoes.

3:00pm had a protein shake after podiatrist appointment

7:45pm had another protein bar (homemade)

8:20pm started my chest lifting session

9:05pm started running on treadmill

9:15pm heels are KILLING me!!! So I finish on the elliptical w/arms for a total of 45 minutes of cardio for my second session of the day.

10:00pm eat at R3d R0bb1ns with Z and get a grilled chicken deal with a side salad no cheese with salsa. I ate the 1st chicken breast and then a bit of the next. Z finished it off for me.

11:00pm got home (I'm supposed to be in bed).

12:00AM finally in bed

Tuesday 1/10:

Weighed in at 151.6 (crazy!)post workout and shower

6:09am woke up (Ihit the snooze button once)

6:35am got to the gym and starte elliptical w/arms as my heels are still achy. I complete 60 minutes.

8:00am have protein shake. I'm very hungry this morning and it take everything within me to not grab a spoon full of peanut butter or some cottage cheese. Drink two glasses of water while taking vitamins and have black coffee w/splenda on the way into work.

10:00am have oatmeal

I'm shooting for my afternoon workout around 1:30 - I hope. Work has just been hoping man! :(

Protein shake: EAS
115 cals
2g fat
4g carbs
0 fiber
20g protein

Home made protein bars:
142 cals
6g fat
17 carbs
2g fiber
7 g protein

So far I'm doing alright. I'm getting custom orthodics next week for working out. I'll test them for two weeks to see if they help. I'm going to try to run every other day or whenever the heel pain isn't killing me.

So far so good. Yesterday was LONG! But I finished with the support of my sweetie. Today I hope to make it a bit smoother, but we'll see.
