Got my lunch time workout in a little late but I got it in and that is all that counts ;). I had a meeting that I had to schedule around but it ended up being a really good time as the gym was practically empty. It's huge so it doesn't really matter, but it was nice not having so many people around.
I was so tired I just couldn't do it, so no work out for yesterday.
Points:
Tue. 13th - 24 (too many but within my range, but I usually try to eat 20 or less)
Wed. 14th - so far 14.5 and I'm planning on having hot veggie tofu soup, so that should fit right in with room to spare. Plus I worked out this afternoon and will be going again this evening so that Z can get his workout in too:).
Workouts:
Mon. 12th - Nadda. It was my 30th b-day.
Tue. 13th - Nadda. Tired and feeling sick.
Wed. 14th - 30 min chest & 30 min running. An additional 60 min of elliptical is what I will most likely do since my arms are still quivering from my afternoon workout ;)
My lips are still dry, but the face is looking great. Still using my Cetaphil and my Neutrogena lip remedy. I haven't have a breakout in foreva! Previously the only breakouts I would get were the really big nodularistic ones that I had injected by my dermatologist. I had this done roughly 5-6 times during the whole session. Not bad in my book. Over all I've been very happy with the process and the results.
Mom is back to work and getting back to normal. I'm still watching her close and can't wait to see what she looks like after all the scabs have gone. Hopefully all will be well.
I'm searching for shoes now. They need to be 5 inches so I'm thinking clear spiked heels!!! :) We'll see.
