Well so far I run a minimum of 5 miles per day since last Sunday.
11/23 - 8 mile run out doors @ 7am
11/24 - 5 mile run treadmill @ 3:30am & 2 hr walk, 15 min. weight lifting
11/25 - 5 mile run treadmill @ 3:30am
11/26 - 5 mile run treadmill @ 3:30am
11/27 - 8 mile run out doors @ 8:30am
11/28 - 5 mile run treadmill @ 5pm
11/29 - 5 mile run treadmill @ 2pm
11/30 - 8 mile run out doors @ 10:30am plus two hours or yard work
I have decided not to worry about weighing my self right now, because I feel good. My stomach feels very flat and my legs feel very toned. I've been watching what I've been eating but I've also been enjoying a small slice of piece here and there and a piece of chocolate here and there. I admitt I'm not exactly eating 3 squared meals and snacks right not, so that is probably to my advantage, but I feel good so I'm sticking to this plan for now...
I had an awesome Thanksgiving!! It was the smoothest ever and I didn't really worry about food, because mom and I were able to fit in a run at the waterfront, so that helped both of us keep healthy eating on the mind when all the food was finally done. Not to mention the fact that all that running dulled my appetite right in the beginning, so I ended up only having one big meal (yeah I know not the best) and a snack later in the evening. I overate, my poor stomach was hurting after just one plate, but I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
My workout buddy just found out she is pregnant!!! :) I'm so happy for her, but now I'm going to be working out on my own for a while, since she's been really tired lately. No wonder huh? Her husband said he would work out with her and that is what she ultimately wanted in the first place, but he couldn't find the motivation to do so in the beginning. Oh well, just two more mornings of running before I go. I leave at noon on Tuesday AND I CAN'T WAIT!!!! I'll poste some updates when I get back. Wish me luck on my last 2 runs... I'm almost there!
