WORK IT!!!
I lost another 3 lbs this week, WOOT! That a total of 56 lbs lost which means I weigh 142 lbs!!!! I guess I'm just on a roll. I've also went to the gym every morning this week, not to mention working out almost all of last Saturday and Sunday!Plus it's kind of that TOM, but it's actually not supposed to, but you women know how that is... I ran 6 miles this morning at a constant 9 minute mile and felt good. Almost light... My ankle hasn't really been bothering me. The major decision in my life is working itself out. I'm glad that I can still talk and share my feelings with L at this time and I hope that never changes. I'm just trying to keep rediscovering myself while in the process. We should also be finding out what will be happening with IT in the next couple of weeks, so that should all start to stablize soon enough... Things are just moving forward right now. Hope everyone is doing well.
