I did my 8 miles this morning, but I ran and walked in intervals to save some energy for my second aerobics training class. Plus my ankle has really been bothering me. It actually woke me up a few times last night...
I stayed within my points and actually had point leftover (my activity points) and I still have 21.5 flex points left until Tuesday. Woot! I hope I loose some more weight :).
I get to go to my old office in the U district tomorrow. I'm going to try to go early so that I can hang out with them a bit before the training and then have lunch with them before I head back over to the East side. I miss those guys so much! At least I can still have a few drinks and a bite to eat with them every once in a while.
I'm debating whether or not I should go to sleep now so that I can get a work out in tomorrow morning early before I go to work, since I'll be flying solo for a while until I can figure out how my carpool buddy is doing. That means more time on the road and getting home later than every ugghhh! Which makes me unsure how I will feel about working out late in the evening. I do hope to catch the Hip Hop class on Thursday and the Pi-Yo right afterwards. I heard it's pretty cool. Plus on the girls I met in the aerobics instructor training will be there too. So will Daisy I believe. So it should be a lot of fun. I haven't been to a good class for a while. The change will probably do me good. So far this has been a really great experience. Becky the instructor who taught us today was still enthusiastic about teaching step, cardio, cycle, etc. after 14 years!! How many people can say that? She still tries to learn something new every year. She is planning on learning yoga and pilates next. I think that is so cool. Hopefully I can find a really good stress reliever and positive human interaction in this as a part time job, so that I'm not so unhappy with my day job. She also stressed how much she focuses on the people she teaches, because it is her duty to give them a good workout. It's not about her, it's about them. I really though that was a good point. It's not about your trainer looking good in a sports bra and tights; it's about how they interact with you and how much they get you to sweat! Looking forward to this more every day. Plus I get to hang around people who have the same interests as I do!
