day one of training

Well, it's been a few days.. Sorry but I was off on Friday and decided to work out and then have appetizers and beer with my old co-workers. I had a blast and was able to consume 4 mac & Jacks without getting sick. AND I attended my first Goup X Instructor Training today and did a 60 minute elliptical workout afterwards, since we only technically worked out for 20 minutes during class, the rest was talking.

I have stayed within my points everyday so far. Hopefully the scale gods will be nice to me on Tuesday. :)

Work just sucks lately. I just really don't like it, but I know I need to paycheck for the mortgage heh. L got a full time job, so maybe if I keep up with this aerobic instructor stuff and get my certifications it will pay off with a career change in the future. You never know. Right now I'm just looking for another outlet to keep the motivation up and weight loss going down, ya know? I'm feeling incredibly lean and strong. Even after 4 beers and not a lot of sleep the other night heh!Tomorrow is the next class, so I probably will walk 8 miles tomorrow instead of doing my run. I still intend on keeping my mother company with out workout this Sunday , because I know how disappointed she would be if I didn't.

My ankle is killing me, but it seems small in comparison with my carpool buddy E's back injury today. He fell of the ladder while he was painting the house and had to be air-lifted. He lost the feeling in his legs for a while and has broken his 5 vertabrae. I'm really scared for him and he is in my prayers. Him and his wife. I hope he gets better...
