Another day another $

so did my 50 minutes of elliptical yesterday and then returned after work to do an hour of lifting.
Weigh in that morning pre BM, after workout, after water 157.8lbs. Weigh in after workout that evening 157.4 lbs.

Weight this morning before eating, pre workout 155.2 lbs. We're planning on going to the gym later. I'll probably only do cardio as we will only be there for an hour and we are going to dinner with friends this evening. I'm still tracking food in fitday or in my head. Feeling pretty good, though I really wanted a cookie this morning. Didn't have one.
I did some reading up on hypothyrodism and have quite a few of the symptoms though my TSH is within normal levels the last time they were checked, the artilces I've read say that severl people suffer from it but don't know and that they're TSH levels have been tested and are normal. My doctor asked if I had been tested for other things other than the normal run of the mill tests and I said I didn't know because I just told the doctor my problems with being so tired but working my butt off in the gym and eating carefully and all that. I basically left it up to them, but she said they didn't do everything they could have. Surprise? No. I have better insurance the company I work for now carries more weight. I've never had such a thorough doctor. Course that may also be that they know my insurance will pay. Either way I feel like I'm going to be able to find a doctor that will help me figure out why it's so hard for me to lose weight. Looking forward to it.
