Since I won't be near a scale on Friday I had to do my official weigh in today. 149.8 ladies and gentleman. That was post BM and workout, so I'll have to stay on track to keep it moving down in the 140's to one day get it into the 130's. Feeling motivated and on track. Just taking it one day at a time. I'm going to try not to blow it this weekend with food and I'm going to document points, but I don't know how feasible it will be with all the running around we'll probably be doing. I'm worried about the food thing, but I'm going shopping after I do yard work on Friday so my house has safe foods for me to eat. I'm also going to try to watch my portion sizes and eat small meal regularly so I don't get so ravenous that I'm ready to eat the first thing within reach. Feeling good. It's a beautiful day and it's my Friday. Not much to complain about. I also have a date with my Z and his best bud J for a movie and hot tubing at my place later. Looking forward to it and the races this weekend. One of the major things happening this weekend while I'm on call got called off - yeah - so I'm not so worried about it now.
