Congestion is getting better. My nose still has some gunk but I'm not taking meds anymore, so we'll see how things go.
I went to the gym today. I really didn't know where I was going to pull the energy from, but I went anyways and ended up doing a good leg workout. I was absolutely exhausted when I was done though. Sweaty and pale in the mirror, but it kinda felt good in a sadistic way ;).
I'm still not very hungry. It might be because I still can't not fully smell or taste things, which really sucks to no end. I was wondering if they had a pill or an inhaler that affected ones sense of smell and taste if they would still be inclined to eat too much and thus gain weight... My thought are no. Yesterday I barely broke 900 calories and today I've had 426 calories and it's dinner time and I'm not hungry in the least. I will maybe stop and get a jamba juice power size which might get me up to 700-800 calories for the day and that includes doing 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of vigorous weight lifting for my legs, biceps, and back. Nothing really sounds, smells or tastes good, so I'm really not that interested. I'm more focused on what might make me feel better and texture right now. Smoothies are they way for me right now. Jamba has some great flavors for the summer. I might try one of their lime smoothies tonight. I've been getting the enlightened ones because they are less calories, but I might splurge a bit this time. It might be about 100 calories more, but I think I can swing it.
I�m feeling more like myself. I�m still really tired, but oh well. I�m taking one step at a time.
