Total calories required

So from what I can gather after doing a few different caloric daily requirement calculations, I need roughly 2460 to 2550 calories a day. I will start by trying to eat less than 500 calories a day minimum and see how that goes for about 2 weeks. If that doesn't cause the numbers to go down, then I'll lower it by more.

Workout:

30 min elliptical (hills)

30 min lifting back (lots of variations) and biceps (looking pretty darn good)

30 min elliptical

Weigh in:

153 lbs

Body Fat:

21.9 %

* taken around 5:30, after eating breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinking water, going potty, before my workout and before I exercised that evening.

I'm feeling good today. I'm eating well. I just had a really tasty salad with some medium rare lean steak, saut�ed onions, with 2 cubes of mozzarella, with fat free buttermilk ranch dressing. Yummmmmmy! I'm at 624 calories so far. I still have dinner and a snack to go. I'm going to someone�s house for dinner, so I'm not sure what the total will be, but I will just try to make healthy choices. I might not be able to workout tonight (bummer) but we'll see. My gym is open 24 hours for goodness sakes! I need to find a dress for the wedding this Saturday. I need to pick up my hot tub cover. I need to do yard work. I need to fold the laundry in my dryer at home. I need to get my roots touched up by my mother. I need to exercise. I need to work on my resume to get a new job!!!! I need to do the majority of this BEFORE I go to work on Sunday (UGGGH!). How the heck is this all going to work out? Can someone clone me already? Sheesh�
