137.6 - Downward ho!!!
AM - 30 min leg lifts - Oy vey!! Sweaty and sore ;). So all in all a VERY good workout for a girl who didn't want to get out of bed, but remembered it was leg day so she finally got out of bed about 10 minutes late ;).
AM - 60 min elliptical w/arms
AM - 45 min elliptical w/out arms
I did my AM and PM cardio as my day is packed with meetings and projects I wasn't sure when I would be able to fit things in later in the day. Plus I wasn't sure if Zac was ready to go back into the office and how he would feel after work, so I didn't risk it and got it all done this morning early. Sweat was literally pouring from my temples and between my shoulder blades and between my breasts ;). This was while lifting! So you can imagine more of the same while I was doing my cardio. Man I was so tired. I'm really glad I fit it in though. I brough clothes just in case Zac feels up to the gym though. I can use an extra cardio session to be a head of the game as this weekend I have no idea what I'll be doing, though I'll most likely go for a run Sunday and Monday. Saturday I'll just get up early to get my abs and butt exercises done early and then do my 2 hours of cardio to get it out of the way.
Feeling lean and strong today though I'm very tired. I need more sleep and Zac has told me as much as well. I'm working on it. I'm not as tired as I was the 2 months before the wedding though ;).
Food has been spot on. Last night I had extra cals for a Chimay Blue beer (so good!) and an appetizer plate of auhi tuna. I did very well I thought. I didn't have enough cals by the end of the night though so I added 2 tbsp of PB, 1 cup of SF jello and 2 cups of green tea and 16 oz of water. Then I was all good. Roughly 1400 cals for a very active busy day.
Jeans are fitting more and more baggy by the day. The extra fluid is helping the bloat and the clean eating is incinerating the fat - YAY! I was feeling tubby at 140 :( and I didn't like it at all. Feeling more like myself.
