Day 50

Day 50:
138.2 - The official weigh in is another loss of 1.2! I'll take it. I have to admit the 4 lbs loss from this weekend was tweaking me out as no one can lose that much weight after losing as much as I have without losing muscle and I really don't want to do that. I work really hard on building the muscle so that last thing I want to do is lose it. The cardio sessions I do on the weekend must cause me to lose a ton of water weight or something. Either way last weekend and the weekend before my body has shown this pattern so I'll just look for it next week as well. No worries. The slower I lose the better as it will be long term lose and I won't be losing any of the metabolism increasing muscle I'm working so hard to build! Oh and won't be falling out of my dress - hopefully! ;p

AM - 30 minutes of lifting for chest
AM - 60 minutes of elliptical w/arms

4 hours of sleep last night so I'm sure I'll be pretty tired later, but I'm going to hold off on my PM cardio until after dinner today so that Z and I can go together and it will give me a bit of a rest during the day.

So the lack of sleep made the day kinda start off a little "off". Then I found out that the new potential job opportunity is heading in a different direction now so it doesn't seem this is the time for me. Not a big deal. It was cool to even be asked to check it out actually. But then I found out that while a tech was test driving my car last Friday someone rear ended him in MY CAR! Their insurance will cover it, but still!!! Shit! Nothing structurally wrong and I get the entire bumper cover replaced. That will get rid of the little scratch I inflicted on it one night in Seattle with Z parallel parking, but I'm still upset. Oh and then I just found out all my fucking hard work creating port mappings and new documentation for a project is all crap, because the customer did not communicate what there needs were. I spent HOURS on that shit! Now it's garbage. SHIT!

I'm not even going to respond to the email yet. Or to management about how this project is being handled. I will do it when I calm down. Tonight! Fuck I need to go to they gym again....

ARrrghgghghghgghhghghghghghghg!
