Day 46

Day 46:
138.6 - slight bounce up after leg workout yesterday and increase in cals for recovery, but totally to be expected. It's nice to see a pattern and know that I'm still in control :). Cals will be less today and I'll be taking in lots of water to help flush the muscles. They are SORE! I also went to bed early for the first time in foreva! My body really needed it.

AM - 30 minutes lifting for shoulders. I threw in some shrugs with the dead lift machine for extra burn after I did shoulder press downs with the lat pull down bar. That totally works the entire body, upper abs, entire back, triceps and shoulders. It always gets me all sweaty:). I did my smith machine should presses with 15 lbs + 15 lbs bar and 4x8. That's an increase of 5 lbs so far :). Those always burn, but in a good way.

AM - 60 minutes of elliptical w/arms level 16. My legs were surprisingly strong this morning after a leg workout. I was totally all sweaty when I was done though. They were still sore, but I just used the constant movement to keep the warm and to stretch them a bit while working them out. I concentrated on pushing and pulling using shoulder and back muscles during the entire session as well. Good workout all around!

AF - 60 minutes of step mill fat burn level 9 no hands

We're picking up Z's wedding band after work so I want to be done early today as well.

Time to do some work.
