AF - 30 minutes assault on back! Wow used muscles that I haven't used before on different machines at the Pro Club and I LIKE it ;). It's good to change things up. I'm definitely increasing my strength in my back and core. My strapless dress will look even better! YAY
AF - 60 minutes on step mill fat burner level 9 no hands. SWEAT EVERY WHERE. I made sure to wipe it up though.
I had a chocolate protein shake with fiber right after and then followed up with Meal 3 two and half hours later with a venti americano no room. Feeling used up, but in a good way ;).
PM - 45 minutes of elliptical w/arms or step mill .
Done with on-call! WOOT!
