Day 44:
? - Decided I needed to sleep in more today. Actually Z was "telling" me to take the day off today, because I looked exhausted, because well I was ;). But I don't want to tamper with things because they are working ya know? So I compromised and slept in and will do my back work out (YAY I love working my back) this afternoon with my 60 minutes of step mill afterwards. I'll do my PM cardio with my sweetie later. I'm still tired, but I'm sure it's from the change up of my schedule this morning. I'll be leaving in the next 30 minutes for my workout. Looking forward to it. I still need to wake up and I need the endorphin rush!
AF - 30 minutes of heaving lifting for back
AF - 60 minutes of step mill level 7-9 no hands
Meal 1 & 2 are consumed and I'm drinkig my 2nd 32oz bottle of water. I'm so thirsty this morning!
