Day 39 workouts complete (for 38 & 39):
AM - 30 minutes heavy lifting for legs
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arms
PM - 30 lifting for shoulders. Careful not to arrivate left rear head of shoulder scapula. Not to bad...
PM - 90 minutes step mill level 7 no hands. I love the Pro Club. They allow you to set cardio equipment from 1-99 minutes. I never knew this till I gave it a try today. Tough workout!! Especially after the fact that I've already done a leg workout AND 120 minutes of elliptical. To say sweaty is an understatment! I could wring my clothes out when I was done. So. Tired. I had my chocolate protein shake with fiber and drove my tired smaller ass home. I'm gonna feel this tomorrow! All over. I've got arms so I'm sure there will be a bit of protest but I'll push through it. I'm just glad I made up my day that I lost due to on-call Grrrrr!
I'm very happy with the progress of my body and muscularture. This week my bowels and TOM are playing with me, so I'l gonna stick to the plan and stick it out. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow. Usually after a leg day the scale goes up 1-2, but I assulted my body again for another days worth of workouts so I have no idea ;).
I'll just be happy it's Friday and I've only got cardio left to do on Saturday and Sunday. Might double up on those though, we'll see what the on-call and my days bring me. AM and PM cardio on weekends? Got to keep up the challenge right? ;)
Waiting for my future-middle-bro-in-law to show up. He's staying with us tonight to take a look at a car tomorrow. I'm holding out until he gets here but I'm so ready for sleep. I must stay awake. I'll keep drinking my green tea. That should help.
