Day 36


Day 36:
141.0 - a loss of 0.2 this last week ;). The elusive 130's will have to wait for another week I guess. I'm not disappointed. I knew that by losing 2.2 lbs last week that I would most likely not lose much if any this week. Though I was hoping I would have another big swoosh of weight drop off I'd rather be conservative and have it actually stay off and not bounce up and down a few pounds a week. Still consistently going to down week to week so I'm happy. This last week was good eating and working out wise, but sucked on rest. I didn't get to sleep in one day this week. We had a very late night Friday night. We were at work for Z until midnight and I didn't get to eat dinner until 12:30pm. I was grumpy, starving, sore, and tired. Bad combo. Then I had to get up early Saturday and Sunday to get my workouts done and out of the way so that we could get other things done. Well I did get to sleep in a bit on Saturday after going to bed at around 1am, but that was just because I needed it really bad. But I was/am still exhausted. Now this week I'll be on call and a whole slew of things could go wrong at crazy hours so I'm going to try to get my PM cardio sessions done in the afternoon if I can. I'm not looking forward to this week. Between me being on call and Z working a ton this could be a really disastrous weeks, but I'm going to make the best of it. I started by packing an additional meal just in case I get stuck here late so I'm not starving. That is at least a start. I'm so tired and it's going to be a long week. Uggghhh! I wanna go hide! ;p
