Day 33 - still sore but TGIF

Day 33:
141.8 - up another bit more, but it's to be expected. That has pretty much been the pattern so no worries here. I was actually expecting to be up at least 1-2 lbs from my official weigh in. Last week I was up 1-2 lbs from my previous official weight during the week, so my body is sort of predictable in that sense. If this is the high swing in my weight though I wonder what my offical weigh in will be on Monday since it's such a small swing up. Stay tuned!!! ;p

My legs are still so sore! So is the rest of my body!! :) I'm drinking lots of water to hydrate my body. I had 1.5 gallons of water but I still have cotton mouth in the middle of the night! I'm going to try to get more in during the day today to see if that helps. Thank goodness tomorrow is just a carido day. My muscles are aching for a break ;).

AM - 30 minutes lifting for biceps, triceps. Arms in general.
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arms

PM - 45 minutes step mill level 7 no hands

Day 32 workout:

AM - 30 minutes lifting for shoulders
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arms
PM - 45 minutes step mill level 7 no hands

Food 3/2:
1430 cals
72 carbs
52 fat
150 protein

I've got the meeting about the potential job change later today. Pretty excited to get more details and then see where we go from there.

Saturday Z and I are going to get the marriage license taken care of. Sunday we're heading off to Kiana w/mom to figure out the details of the catering. I'm going to take care of shoping and prepping food Saturday so that I'm not up late on Sunday night. We'll see if that will give me a better start to my week next week. I still need to get more sleep :(. My body needs more rest, but I'm still trying to find how to fit everything in! Arggggh!

Another busy week and weekend.
