I'm still trying to get a handle on my ever evolving life. I'm enjoying my job but having a hard time adjusting to my new schedule. Man I used to complain about not having enough time to do things before but now it's even worse. I'm currently trying to update my blog at Z's parents house, because this is the only time I have to do it. I've thought about my blog several times and really miss being able to vent my feelings, but I haven't had the time. I'm enjoying have a few minutes to myself just to spend a little time doing just that. Z reminds me to update it regularly but yet again the same story applies.
I talked to Z about how increasingly unhappy I'm getting about my weight and how I really , really need to work out in the morning even more now than before. I don't have the time in the eveing and if I do, that means I don't get to eat and do basic everyday stuff until 10:30pm. That gets really old after a while ya know? I asked him to help me get out of beg in the morning, but more importantly I need encouragement to go to bed earlier. So what if things don't get don't every night I just need to go to bed. I'll thne be able to get up in the morning and burn fat, get the endorphins rushing and start the day off on the right foot. I'm looking forward to starting this off Monday. I know it will be hard in the beginning but I know how much better I feel once I get things going. Not to mention how working out makes me eat so much better AND gives me more energy. All of things have been missing from my life, but they were the main reasons I was so successful before. Life got the better of me for a while, but it's time to put some effort into getting it back.
