Day 25 workouts complete!
AM - 30 minutes lifting for shoulders
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arms
AF - 45 minutes step mill level 5 w/our hands
Meal 3 is just about to be consumed and I'm about to chug another 32 oz of water to add to my running total of 56 oz already and it's only late afternoon YAY!
My skin is doing wonderfully though it still get a bit dry as I shower twice a day. I still use cetaphil to wash and moisturize it. I still have to use lip balm but it's not half as bad as it was. I've always been a lip balm user, so now is no different. I do get a bit of a small sheen on the old face during the day, but it's not enough to have to wipe off. No blemishes (knock on wood) foreva it seems! Let's hope this continues. If not I'll totally go on another round of it. It wasn't that difficult to do for 6 months.
My left hip still hurts, but my orthodics are helping. I wear them all day in my new dansko's and I wear my athletic ones all the time too. My legs are tired but they don't feel like lead - yet. ;) We'll see how they feel tomorrow.
I might go to the gym again tonight with Z but we'll see. I've been really tired in the evenings and we have laundry to finish up and dishes to empty out of the dish washer when we get home. Oh well, I have Z to help ;).
