Day 19:
146.4 - cals were a bit too high yesterday but after a really long day with 3.5 hours in the gym and still being at work until midnight I was shot and HUNGRY when I got home so I ate and then went to sleep. It had been 3 hours since my last meal so I knew the hunger was legitimate but being that close to bed I also knew the scale would be up a bit. this along with my muscle soreness (retaining fluid in muscles) I know the scale will drop with more water (I was bad yesterday) and with rest. I NEED to be more than 4.5 hours of sleep. Oh well something to shoot for for the next 3 days right? ;)
AM - 30 minutes lifing bisceps and triceps
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arms

I'm so tired and sore I could spit! I could curl up on the floor under my desk in my office and sleep for hours. Maybe then my body wouldn't feel like it is falling apart at the seams. Back, legs, butt, arms, shoulders, forearms, eye lids ;). Everything is sore. I guess I definitely worked things out this week huh?
Uggh hope today passes quickly. I still have my PM cardio session, but I can do that no problem. I'm just looking forward to being done with this week and hopefully getting some much needed down time!
