Day 16 - quick update

Day 16:
144.8 - I need to try to spread my evening meals out better. I ended up having Meal 5 & 6 within an hour of each other. Not good and I feel too full now that my stomach is smaller, but I was HUNGRY and I didn't want to be up late waiting to see. Sigh. Always an experiment right? ;)

AM - 30 minutes of heavy lifting for back. Lots of deadlifts with 15 lbs bar and two 35's. I also did good mornings. Oy Vey! Those totally work your core and your lower back. I can't wait to my little lower back dimples get more pronounced as I build more lean muscle back there. Plus I'm helping to ZAP the back fat issue with the dress! YAY! I KNOW I'll be feeling this later.

AM - 60 minutes of elliptical w/arms

AF - 60 minutes of step mill level 5 no hands. SWEATY GIRL!!! Good workout though. I was bit a frustrated about something at work that I got to work out, so it was beneficial in many ways. Stress and fat burning! YAY! The meeting was cancelled so I got to do my hair too. Double YAY! Now I can look cute for dinner tonight with my sweetie :).
I need to get this done and out of the way early because I have a meeting later and I want to have time to do my hair. A and I are going to dinner at Buca tonight so I want to add another 15 minutes to my late cardio session. Every little bit helps right?

Off I go to the gym again!
