Day 11:
145 lbs - see slightly up, but I was expecting it as I've been tracking my weight fluctations as well as food and exercise at www.sparkpeople.com. Heavy leg workout and what not I guess. I know it will probably go back down tomorrow and then peak again once more this week to settle back down on Sunday or Monday.
AM - 30 minutes of heavy lifting for shoulders. I love the smith rack shoulder presses! They rock and really make you work those shoulders! I finished out with up right rows which totally took them to a whole new level of fatigue. Felt soo good!
AM - 60 minutes of elliptical w/arms
Another really early morning. Up at 4:30am again today. 5 hours and 30 minutes of sleep. Tomorrow won't be much different. Early morning meetings are evil! Well a girl has got to do what a girl gotsta do.

I was late eating Meal 5, due to the earlier schedule, but I had a protein shake right after my PM cardio session, but then I was still full by the time we got home to cook dinner and eat. So I just ate what I could and put the rest away. I was uber tired. I'm still tired but I'm glad I got up and did my workout. My legs are thanking me for some movement today. I know I would have been really sore if I didn't ;). My shoulders are twitching from the exertion this morning tee hee! I guess I did a good job, no?
I was supposed to go out to lunch with my mentor, but I packed my food just in case. Thank goodness because she is too busy so we rescheduled to next Thursday. I was just going to order a grilled chicken salad with blasemic on the side, or grilled chicken with brown rice. I was going to bring the scale and measuring cup but that might be weird and distracting during a meeting ;). Who knows where this might lead too? A new job that is what I want to be doing? More money? Working with what seems to be a cool team? We'll see once things pan out. Looking forward to it. I'm alwasy up for an opportunity to further/better/educate myself.
Time to eat Meal 2. YAY! Grilled chicken and wild rice here I come.
