Day 1 Meal 2 Update

So yesterday I ate everything I wanted and enjoyed every bite knowing today I start my meal plan. I measured and weighed every portion and can I just say that it is very tiny!!! I was way off when I guessed how much 4 oz of meat was. Lets just say I was eating probably double that. I was also way off on the 1/3 cup measurement. I have to eat a lot more often which might help the highs and lows I go throughout the day.

I was getting really frustrated that I was busting my butt at the gym and thinking that I was eating clean until I started measuring things out and realized I've been eating WAY TOO MUCH! Duh! Now I feel better knowing that there is a reason for the bouncing up and down. I'm not going to waste my efforts and the gym by eating to much and not often enough, so I'm starting this plan.

To give you an idea of just how small the portions are here is a picture taken with my cell phone next to the itty bitty little cute containers of food :).
