No weigh in as I slept in this morning because I really needed it.
But....
AF - 30 minutes heavy lifting for legs
AF - 30 minutes running even with the stupid orthotics giving me another blister.
AF - 30 minutes elliptical w/arms
I was smart and packed food for lunch today, because I knew I was going to do an extended workout at lunch and would miss the cafe.
I've missed Monday and Tuesday's PM cardio session, but I'll try to make 15 minutes up tonight be doing 60 minutes instead of 45 minutes. I'll do this on Thursday, and Friday then I'll be good on those two missed PM cardio sessions.
I feel lean. Strong. Different. Hopefully the pictures will show that. I have guys checking me out while I lift because I lift heavy and sweat a ton. Yeah I don't lift like the typical girl. It's very satisfying. My traps are toning up nicely. I've got developing guns. My abs are starting to show more and lean out. Must be all the running! My legs are lean but strong. All of this is very important when you don't see the scale going where you want it to ya know ;).
