6:30am - elliptical w/arms 60 min
I'll shoot for a lunchtime workout for legs today.
I need to get to sleep sooner, but there just isn't enough time in the day.
Protein shake was much better today. I added a cup of frozen fruit and 1/2 cup of water, but it ended up being too much, so tomorrow I'll just add 1/2 cup a frozen fruit and 1/2 cup of water to see how things turn out.
Z and I went to Pho last night but I got one of the Vermencelli dishes without any rice noodles and it was GOOD. Lot's of grilled chicken, shredded lettuce, sprouts, carrots and green onion. Nummy! I'll have to get that again and it's a nice alternative to Pho in the summer time when it's warm.
Water still not so good. Especially with the added protein it is kinda important or it makes going BM bery difficult! ;) Sorry TMI.
I can't wait to sleep in a bit on Saturday. So tired. But not as tired as my sweetie who only got 4 hours of sleep last night due to work. Work, work, work. Busy times!
Picking up orthodics on Wednesday next week.
Wedding dress fitting on Sat. 28th. I can't wait to see what it looks like after it's been altered. I'll get pictures then and post them, but I'll warn Z not to look! I hope I can get my new "shoes" by then!
Oh well speaking of which, back to work...
