First weigh in on JC

Yikes.... I'm excited but scared that I didn't loose any weight. Now this is ridiculous because I've stayed on plan all week, my tummy looks flatter, my black high wasted cords are NOT cutting into my waist and I just feel smaller some how. I'm enjoying it so I'm sure it will be fine. I'll still be antsy until I do it though...

I think I'll go one more week with all of my foods planned with JC. Then after that I will most likely only have them plan breakfast and lunch and then I will cook/prep my own dinner. I think I'll ask them for help one day this up coming week on dinner suggestions since I will be going out to dinner with Z and his family for his b-day and I would kind of like to eat with them. Then again, I could eat my dinner at home before we go or afterwards and get steamed broccoli/cauliflower/green beans/salad with them instead... I'll see how I feel after weigh in and whatnot tonight.

I'm wearing a bulky turtleneck sweater and my cords, but they don't weigh very much so we'll see how they affect my weigh in. Last time I wore a heavy bulky turtleneck and jeans so we'll just have to wait and see. I never did get my period this last week either, so I don't know if the bloat is really gone. I was really bloated but I never even spoted or had a cramp. I guess I have a high level of hormones running through my body right now since I skipped my last TOM on purpose as Z and I were in Leavenworth and I was not going to let TOM ruin it ;). Oh well. I got my lovely annual this week so I'm sure if there is anything wrong the doctor will let me know.
