I've got a coach (friend of an old college buddy that lives in the house a crossed from me).
I've got a trainer (the aforementioned friend above).
I've got a support group (the coach and two people he previously trained are willing to help me in any way and of course my hubby Z).
I've got a date - November 4th
The event - 2006 NPC NORTHWEST BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIPS Aponte Training Systems
I've decided to go with a drug free light weight body building event to start because I have people who can help. I don't have any guidance or help for a Figure event, but once I get a few competitions under my belt and I get a better feel of my body and what it can do I can modify my training and eating on my own in the future as the physiques are VERY similar. It's so confusing and frustrating and I want to just start something. I want/need a challenge so I'm doing it! ;)
So I'll have a new food plan, training routine, supplements, etc in the up and coming weeks. I'm so EXCITED!
I'll give up more later. Just really busy at work.
Thanks to Carrie for getting me to post ;). She pinged me wondering if I was still alive!
So until then I'm on manditory break from clean eating and the gym. For a week to two weeks because I'll be training for 20 weeks straight!
So I'm dealing with feeling fat and bloated = moody. I'm also dealing with some health issues at the moment that are frustrating me but I'll get over it and my body will heal and I'll be ready to train HARD! I can't wait.
