Weekly recap and whats to come for the weekend.

Still here.

Work is kicking my butt again, but what is new lately.

At least it passes time quickly. Lookie it's already Friday. YAY!

Last night I chose the wrong Taco Bell burritto. I should have chosen the chicken suprem fresco style (5 pts) NOT the grilled stuff chicken burritto fresco style (12 pts). Oh well I had the points, but I like to eat a little lighter close to weigh in with is Saturday. I had only eaten 8.5 points by the time we were done with our workout and still needed to eat dinner, so I was all good. I wasn't even hungry but I felt totally ill once I ate the burritto. I was fine after a bit. I guess the old tummy was being stretched nicely. We still got our workout in even thought I was 2 hours late due to an outage at work arrggghh! Oh well so is life.

Workouts this week:

Saturday 8th:
none weigh in -1.4

Sunday 9th:
10 mile brisk walk at the waterfront with mom. Roughly 2 hours.

Monday 10th:
none Z was back and we did other types of exercise and cuddling all day long along with lots of naps ;)

Tuesday 11th:
30 min lifting for biceps and 30 min of elliptical

Wednesday 12th:
30 min lifting for back and 30 min of elliptical

Thursday 13th:
30 min lifting for legs and 30 min of elliptical

Friday 14th:
TBD - maybe lifting shoulders or chest ;).

Saturday 15th:
TBD - one of the two listed above depending on what I lift on Friday.
Weigh in day
Checking out wedding sites
Getting in liner and eyebrow tattoo's touched up again.
No sleeping in, too much to do this day :(.

Sunday 16th:
? Maybe walking with mom
