154.4 on scale at gym after protein shake, coffee and a 50 min step mill workout. YAY! I'm not getting my hopes up yet. We'll see if I can stay below or bounce around 155 - 154 or lower.
Sunday 7th - evening 20 min elliptical 40 heavy leg lifts
Monday 8th - morning 60 min elliptical, evening 60 min lifting
Tuesday 9th - morning 60 min step mill, evening 60 min lifting
Wednesday 10th - morning 60 elliptical
Thursday 11th - morning 60 step mill, evening 60 min elliptical
Friday 12th - morning 50 step mill.
By Sunday Z and I will have worked out 10 times if we just do 1 workout per day this weekend smirk... That is a lot of sweat!!! My mom just reminded me that my younger cousin is getting married in September. That was all the encouragement I needed LOL! I've got to look good darn it! I'm getting my hair foiled closer to the date and working my butt off until then. I had a "low/angry/grumpy" spell last night that worried Z that maybe I was too worn down to do this two workout a day thing, but I'm chipper this morning and the mood past last night after I got over the food thing. It's stupid so I'm not going into it, but I'm VERY particular about what I eat and WHEN I eat smirk. Z knows what I'm talkin about.... hee hee. Maybe I just needed a little TLC like I got last night from my sweetie :). We both needed that I think... It's also Friday so maybe it was just a combination of things. Either way I'm feeling good, but a little hungry so I'm gonna eat a boiled egg soon and then have a big salad for lunch. No workout tonight as I was able to reschedule my appointment for my eyebrows this evening YAY! I might get the eye liner done too. I'm so excited! But not looking forward to the swelling and the darkness of the tatto right after. 4 days and I should be good. I'll just wear the rest of my makeup darker LOL. Unfortunately I don't wear a heck of a lot. Oh well. At least it's getting done. I'm so glad this week is done!
