Let the good times roll...

Z and I got to spend time together at lunch AND at dinner yesterday. That's like two dates!!! Wow!! It's been a while, but we've been busy. He took me to our lunch date and I took him to our dinner date. So many things to do. Poor Z doesn't have enough time to do it all and is feeling frustrated. Overall I made pretty good food choices but I still ate more than I normally would. I'm not going to worry about it since I haven't eaten some of these things for quite a while and I didn't order the really bad things that I wanted to order, so I won that round as far as I'm concerned!

Worked out again today. Really didn't want to but took my book and churned away. Got a really good sweat again today and kept my eating under control and packed snacks and dinner yet again. Tomorrow I'm taking mom out to lunch at Bahama Breeze and might be having beers and appetizers with some old co-workers later in the evening. Then on Saturday I'm going to hang out with some gals at Pikes Place and then drink and eat at one of their houses afterwards to celebrate S getting married soon, so yeah more and more eating and drinking to boot. I'll try to practice moderation though and will try to document all points as I said. So far so good. I've got everything in my WW journal even though I won't be weighing in tomorrow morning. Not going to sweat it though.

Plus today is my last day working 2nd shift. Monday I'm back on my normal day shift! Yeah! I can actually eat dinner with my Z, friends or family again! Yeah!!!
