Day 68

Day 68:
134.8!!! official weigh in a week from the last ;). Not bad I finally um passed the food that I ate this weekend I guess. Plus I'm finally getting rid of the bloat. Feeling good and strong and sore LOL! I guess my workouts are still challenging enough. I did add an addition protein and complex carb to my lunch box to eat through out the day so that I'm eating eating every 2 to 2.5 hours. Then I won't be stuck in the evening having to consume large meals to make up calories because I'm too low. Or eat tbsp of peanut butter to make up calories in not the best way though I love the stuff ;)!

I'm gonna still shoot for 130 before the wedding, but we'll see.

AM - 30 minutes heavy lifting to legs
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arms

Yesterday:
AM - 30 minutes lifting for back
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arm
AF - 60 minutes step mill
PM - 50 minutes elliptical w/arms

Z is telling me to stop typing so we can drive to work.
