Day 45 - New LOW!

Day 45:
137.6 lbs!!!!!! Wow! I did another brutal leg workout. Increased some weight and will probably be feeling it later:).

AM - 30 minutes heavy lifting for legs
AM - 60 minutes elliptical w/arms level 14-15

Squats - 2x45, 2x10, 15 (bar) = 125 lbs, 2x10
2x45, 15 (bar) = 105 lbs, 2x10

I was feeling the increase, so I alternated sets.

Leg Press - 3x45 = 135, 2x10
4x45 = 180 lbs, 2x10

One legged hack squats - 2x45 = 90, 4x10 one leg at a time. The other leg is kept bent at the knee so that all the weight is balanced on the one leg. I saw a variation of this I'll try next week. The free leg is folded a crossed the knee of the straight leg. This has totally got to target the butt!!

Machine Squat - 2x45 = 90, 4x10. This was still aggravating my left shoulder so I kept that arms straight while the other was fine with holding the arm holds near my ears. Strange but it works.

Calf raises - 375 lbs 4x10. I really concentrated on stretching the heels when I lowered the weight and pressing up on my tippy toes when I was at the top of the motion. Burn baby burn!

I was totally a sopping mess when I was done and I hadn't even done my cardio yet ;). I was soaked when I was finally done with cardio on the elliptical machine. I pushed and pulled and used every back muscle I could muster though I was tired.

All in all an awesome workout!

Just about time for Meal 2 then I'll be off to the gym for my AF cardio session. We might be checking out watches after work today so I want to be done early so we can just go home.
