yeah, yeah, I know....

146 on Saturday morning post workout. Not bad considering I freaked my self out with weighing in at 151.5 on the Wednesday before� I�ve been documenting all my points and working out everyday since. I think I�m settling back into normalcy. Cleaning, cooking, working out, housework, yard work etc. I even saw a movie with the old man and ran my 8 miles with mom on Sunday. That�s pretty good considering it�s been a sporadic couple of month�s heh.

I�m sick of wavering up 5 lbs and then back down I want to shoot for 135 already! But I want to live and enjoy life at the same time, so� I need to work out and write my points, because that is what helped me get off 56 lbs in the past and that will surely do it again, If I follow the plan that is� ;)

Oh and I forgot to mentioned that I got up at 3:30am to get my workout on the elliptical done first thing this morning. Wooohawwww! Now I don�t have to dread going in later. Yeah!!!! I hate busy gyms. It was really nice getting a welcome back greeting from my old early bird buds at the gym as well.

For a Monday things are going well. Wish me luck for the rest of the week.

On a side note I�ve finally made a Dr.s appointment for my chronic ankle. I�m scared to hear what she�ll have to say, but I�m also tired of constantly being in pain walking, running, playing volleyball, breaking in the car, etc. etc.! Gawd I hope there is something that can be done to correct years of poor treatment to my ankles and injuries healing wrong. I�ve already had x rays and done PT to no avail� The next step is the great beyond.
