Day 4 Update

To finish off Day 4 I went to the gym after we got home from work AND we ate dinner. How about that? Not bad huh? ;) Z said he was really proud of me. I said I was going to do this, so I'm going go to do my best not to wuss out. 7 weeks and we'll see what it does for me. I watched TBL right before so that definitely helped!

Day 5:
153.6 - I'm taking the heavy leg workout yesterday and a bit of high sodium intake the last two days. I'm getting the water in so that should help. I'll just keep taking the weigh ins as they come.

6:30am elliptical for 60 minutes.

I saved the running for tomorrow, since Saturday is my cardio day. I don't want my heels and ankles to hurt anymore than they need to.

Food is going pretty good. Still experimenting. I might have had too much chicken stir fry last night, but oh well. What is done is done. I'll try to watch the portion size better from now on.

I hope to get my arm workout in at 1pm since we have several folks leaving early today. I'll be the only one here until late. Hopefully I'll be able to head out early as well since I'm on call. We'll see.

So far I've done 2 workouts per day on Monday and Tuesday and I've gotten in 3 workouts per day on Wednesday and Thursday. Hopefully today will be the 3rd day with 3 workouts per day.

I've been to the gym a total of 11 times counting this morning.

If I get 2 more in today that will be a total of 13!!

Crazy last week I didn't set one foot into the gym.

Nothing hurts overly much so far. I'm trying to listen to my body but still push it hard. I want to see this 7 weeks until the end.
